Leeks with salmon and potato from the oven

A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, large potatoes (bag 3 kg), leeks à la crème (a 450 g, frozen), pink salmon (418 g), eggs, broken rosemary (pot of 19 g), green pepper (in rings) and dairy spread (chives light (a 150 g)).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prick the potatoes all around, wrap them each in a square piece of aluminum foil and put them on the grid in the oven for 45 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, let the leek thaw in a saucepan while stirring. Let the salmon drain and remove bones and skins. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the rosemary, pepper and salt. Add the leeks and the salmon and scoop. Put the mixture in the oven dish and press in the pepper rings. Bake in the oven (next to the potatoes) in 30 min. Until golden brown and done.
  3. Place the potatoes on 4 plates, unfold the foil and cross them. Make the crumb with a fork looser and shovel 1 tbsp dairy spread on each potato. Serve with the leek-salmon dish.
