Leg ham with chopped artichoke and walnut dressing
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, walnuts, garlic (peeled), coarse mustard, orange juice, extra virgin olive oil, artichoke hearts ((a 400 g), drained) and ham.

Mash the nuts with the garlic in a mortar and then add the mustard, orange juice and olive oil (or mash all the aforementioned ingredients with the hand blender).

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cut the artichoke hearts into thin slices.

Divide the ham on a large dish and put a thin layer of artichoke hearts on it.

Drizzle the dish with walnut dressing and sprinkle the artichoke hearts with extra (freshly ground) pepper..
