Lemon shrimp
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, lemons (cleaned), mayonnaise, olive oil, garlic (finely chopped) and cocktail shrimp (a 125 g).

Squeeze out 1 lemon.

Stir 1 tbsp grater and 2 tbsp juice through the mayonnaise.

Season with pepper.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic for 1 min.

Remove from the heat and add the cocktail shrimps, the rest of the grater and juice to taste.

Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Add pepper and salt to taste.

Always put 2 shrimps on a tapas stick.

Serve with lemon mayo..
