Lemon spaghetti with arugula and salmon
A delicious Italian recipe for lemon spaghetti with arugula and salmon
Cook the spaghetti or tagliatelle al dente.
Grate 1 tablespoon of the lemon zest and squeeze the lemons.
Mix garlic, lemon zest, juice and oil. Drain the pasta, put it back in the pan and add the lemon mixture, parmesan cheese, rocket and pepper.
Serve the pasta in a deep plate topped with strips or smoked salmon slices.
