Lemongrass chicken skewer (thailand)
A nice thai recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, chicken breast cubes, garlic (finely chopped), red pepper (without seeds and finely chopped), spring onions (minced), Thai fish sauce, breadcrumbs, sereh (lemongrass) and oil.

These satays are a feast for the eyes because of the skewers of lemongrass.

Grind the chicken cubes together with garlic, red pepper, spring onions, fish sauce and breadcrumbs to a smooth mixture in a food processor.

Divide the chicken mince into 6 equal portions.

Remove the outer hard leaves from the lemongrass stalks.

Knead a chopped portion of each lemongrass stalk into an elongated sausage of about 6 centimeters long.

Brush the minced meat with oil and grill the skewers in a hot grill pan for 7-8 minutes or brown and cooked under the oven grill..
