Heat the olive oil in a soup pan and fry the onion and the paprika on glass in low heat for about 5 minutes.

Add garlic, bacon and pepper cubes and fry for a few minutes.

Then add the lentils, tomato cubes and broth in one go. Stir well and let the soup cook on low level covered in about 30 minutes.

Bring the soup even further to taste with salt and pepper and stir in the parsley. Delicious with pitatosti's filled with feta.
