Lentil curry with fish


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, brown rice (bag a 1 kg), pangasius fillet ((bag a 750 g, frozen), thawed), curry powder, oil, onions (in half rings), tomatoes (diced), spinach ( 300 g), lentils ((a 200 g) and drained).

Directions

  1. Cook the brown rice rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Divide the pangasius fillets into equal pieces and scoop them with the curry powder.
  3. Heat in a wok or frying pan the oil and stir fry the fish with the onion 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, spinach and lentils and fry the dish for 5 minutes. Serve the brown rice.
