Lentils with pork bacon and leek
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, lentils (pack), leeks, butter, onions (finely chopped), garlic (pressed), smoked bacon and piccalilly (pot).

Wash the lentils and cook in plenty of water with salt in 30-40 minutes.

Cut the leek in half lengthwise, cut off the stubborn leaves and carrots, wash the leek well and then cut into 5 cm pieces.

Heat 50 g of butter in a skillet, add leeks and gently simmer in 20 min.

Heat the rest of the butter in the saucepan, lightly fry for 3 minutes.

Rub garlic for 1 min.

Drain the lentils and create an onion mixture.

Fry brown and crispy bacon in a dry frying pan.

Season the lentils and leeks to taste with salt and pepper and spread over four plates.
