Lukewarm potato salad with herring


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes, diced herring (pack a 2 pieces), fresh chives (a 25 g), sour cream (125 ml), rocket lettuce (a 75 g), rye bread (Fries, pak a 500 g ) and herb butter (cup a 100 g).

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into slices of about 1/2 cm thick.
  2. Potato slices cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cut herring into pieces.
  4. Grind chives.
  5. Mix sour cream with chives and chopped onion (from herring packing).
  6. Mix potatoes with sour cream mixture and herring.
  7. Spread out four plates.
  8. Potato mixture on lettuce.
  9. Melt half of rye bread with herb butter.
  10. Place other slices on it.
  11. Cut rye bread diagonally.
  12. Serving salad with rye pastry triangles..
