Lukewarm salad with lamb shawarma


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, carrots and snow peas (ready, 350 g), lemon, lamb's roast, butterhead, mustard, honey and olive oil.

Directions

  1. Squeeze out the lemon.
  2. Beat a lemon juice dressing with the mustard, honey and 2 tbsp oil.
  3. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  4. Bring a layer of water to a boil in a steamer (or hang a colander in the pan).
  5. Steam the carrots 4-5 minutes (lid on the pan!).
  6. Add the snow peas and allow them to steam for 2-3 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, heat the lamb stock for 4-5 minutes on a high heat in a stirring remainder of the oil and stir-fry.
  8. Spoon half of the dressing through the butterhead lettuce.
  9. Mix the rest of the dressing with the vegetable mixture and spread this over the butterhead lettuce.
  10. Finally, put the lamb shawarma on top and sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper..
