Luxury potato salad with bacon
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, unpeeled), olive oil, breakfast bacon (in slices), garden peas ((frozen), thawed), chives (salad dressing with yoghurt (bottle 270 ml)), red onion (in rings ) and butterhead lettuce (100 g).

Cut the potatoes into wedges.

Boil them in water with salt in approx.

10 minutes until done and pour them off.

2 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until crispy.

Rinse the garden peas in a sieve under warm running water until they have just thawed.

3 Stir in the dressing with 2 tbsp water.

Put the potatoes with the red onion and the peas in a bowl and carefully pour the dressing.

Season with salt and pepper.

Divide the butterhead lettuce over a bowl or 4 bowls and scoop the potato salad.

Crumble the bacon over it.

Serve the salad lukewarm or at room temperature..
