Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Mix a leftover mac and cheese with the egg and spread this mixture over the cavities of the muffin mold. If you have more pasta left, you can add an extra egg, or add a little flour if the mixture is just too wet.

Press firmly and sprinkle with extra grated cheese if necessary. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
