Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °.
  2. Cook the macaroni 2 minutes shorter than the package indicates in water with salt.
  3. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
  4. Squeeze out the garlic.
  5. Cut the onion finely.
  6. Cut the zucchini and the tomatoes into thin slices.
  7. Melt the butter in a medium pan, stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes on low heat while stirring.

  9. Add the cheese and the mustard from the heat.
  10. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
