Macaroni with meatballs


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, Dutch beef meatballs (360 g), onion (chopped), tomato puree (70 g), tomato cubes (400 g), leeks (washed), macaroni, cheese and grated.

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the meat in 3 minutes. Fry the onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the tomato paste and fruit for 1 min. Add the tomato cubes and 150 ml of water. Let it simmer for 15 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the leeks into thin rings. Add to the tomato sauce and cook for 4 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni al dente according to the instructions on the package and pour off. Spoon in deep plates, divide the sauce and sprinkle generously with the cheese.
