Mackerel crostini
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, ciabatta (pre-baked bread 250 g), garlic, olive oil, spring onions and mackerel snack in tomato sauce (a 200 g).

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C or gas mark 5.

Bake bread according to instructions (leave the oven on).

Peel garlic, squeeze and stir with oil.

Cut the bread into 12 slices and coat with garlic oil.

Place slices on baking sheet and put back in oven for approx.

5 minutes until bread is brown and crunchy.

Cut the spring onion into thin rings.

Mackerel mix with spring onions.

Warm the crostini with a mackerel mixture..
