Directions

  1. Prepare the mackerel with the crème fraîche, the mayonnaise, the chervil and the capers.
  2. Cut the apple into 8 thin slices and cover the cut surfaces with lemon juice.
  3. Spread the toasts thickly with mackerel paste and place a slice of apple on each toast.
  4. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and garnish with a sprig of chervil.
