Mackerel sandwich

Cut the onion into thin rings. Remove the skin and the bones from the mackerel.

Mix the mackerel, horseradish, crème fraîche, nutmeg and the lemon juice with the hand blender or in the food processor to a smooth mousse.

Season the mackerel mousse with salt and pepper and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Spread 4 slices of bread with the mackerel mousse. Divide the arugula and onion over it and cover with the other slices. Cut diagonally. Bon appétit! .
