A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: mandarins, low-fat cottage cheese, raspberries ((a 250 g, frozen), thawed) and honey.

Directions

  1. Press out 2 to 3 mandarins for 100 ml juice.
  2. Mix the juice with the curd cheese.
  3. Divide over 4 glasses.
  4. Puree the raspberries with the honey with a hand blender.
  5. Mix through the curd cheese.
