Mango ice with melon salad and yoghurt sauce
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whipped cream (125 ml), sugar, yogurt Greek style (10% (cup 500 g)), fresh mint ((container 15 g), only the leaves), melon salad (350 g) and mango sorbet ( 500 ml).

Beat the whipped cream and the sugar, but make sure that it does not become completely stiff.

Spoon the yogurt through.

Keep 4 leaves of fresh mint, cut the rest into strips.

Mix the strips of fresh mint with the cream mixture.

First divide half of the mixture over the glasses.

Then divide the melon salad and finally the ice cream.

Spoon the rest of the cream mixture.

Garnish with a leaf of mint..
