Marinated lamb chops with mint pesto
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: meat, garlic (pressed), chilli powder, cinnamon, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, lamb chops, hazelnuts (a 65 g), fresh mint (15 g), grated cheese (eg gruyere) and freshly ground four-season pepper .

In bowl stir half of garlic with chilli powder, cinnamon, vinegar and 3 tbsp oil to marinade.

Arrange lamb chops around them and marinate for at least 15 min.

Meanwhile, roast short hazelnuts in a dry frying pan.

Fry mint leaves in a food processor with the rest of garlic, grated cheese and hazelnuts.

While the machine is running, add rest of oil in a thin stream, until smooth paste is formed.

Season with salt and pepper.

Lamb chops on barbecue in approx.

10 min.

Brown and roast on the inside.

Season regularly and cover with marinade.

Serve with mint pesto and roasted potatoes..
