Marinated pork chops with tomato-green beans salad

Mix the spring onion with the red pepper, olive oil, thyme and honey. Brush the pork chops with this mixture and leave for about 10 minutes.

Cook the green beans for the salad in 6-7 minutes until al dente. Drain them, rinse cold water and drain.

Beat the olive oil, vinegar, parsley, salt and pepper into a dressing.

Scoop this dressing with the tomatoes through the green beans.

Heat a grill or frying pan and roast the pork chops for 5-6 minutes per side. Turn them around regularly. Serve the pork chops with the salad.
