Marinated spicy carrot sticks


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: winter carrots (about 250 g), salt, oregano, (freshly ground) black pepper, red wine vinegar, olive oil and garlic.

Directions

  1. Clean the carrot and cut into 3 equal pieces.
  2. Cook 10 to 15 minutes in the pan with water and little salt.
  3. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Carrot in length into thin slices (about 1/2 cm thick).
  5. Then cut slices into strips of about 1/2 cm thick.
  6. Place carrot strips in a bowl.
  7. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
  8. Vinegar and so much oil that carrot strips are covered.
  9. Peel garlic, cut into slices and create carrot strips.
  10. Keep in refrigerator for at least 1 day so that flavor can develop..
