Marinated spicy carrot sticks
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: winter carrots (about 250 g), salt, oregano, (freshly ground) black pepper, red wine vinegar, olive oil and garlic.

Clean the carrot and cut into 3 equal pieces.

Cook 10 to 15 minutes in the pan with water and little salt.

Drain and allow to cool slightly.

Carrot in length into thin slices (about 1/2 cm thick).

Then cut slices into strips of about 1/2 cm thick.

Place carrot strips in a bowl.

Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
-
Vinegar and so much oil that carrot strips are covered.

Peel garlic, cut into slices and create carrot strips.

Keep in refrigerator for at least 1 day so that flavor can develop..
