Crispy chicken nuggets with a spicy ketchup mayo dip
Crispy chicken with a layer of bolognese chips, served with a dip of ketchup, mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC. Cut each chicken fillet into 10 pieces. Put the chips in a plastic bag and roll with the rolling pin into crumbs.

Put the chips and flour each in a deep plate and stir the egg in a third deep plate.

First take the chicken through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the chips.

Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes in the center of the oven until golden brown and done.

Meanwhile, mix the ketchup with the mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Serve the dip with the chicken nuggets.
