Mayonnaise with egg and mustard
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: eggs, mayonnaise and Zaanse mustard (jar of 335 g).

Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise and Zaanse mustard.

Let the eggs scare under cold running water and peel them.

Allow to cool and cut finely.

Scoop through the mustard mayonnaise.

Season with salt and pepper.

Nice as a dip for raw vegetables.

You can prepare the sauce 1 day in advance.

Keep covered in the refrigerator..
