Cut the bread into pieces of 1 cm. Heat the oil in the frying pan with non-stick coating.

Fry the bread in an 8-minute stirring over medium heat to golden brown and crispy croutons.

Put the mashed potatoes, cooking cream and bouillon tablets with the hot water in a soup pan and bring to high heat on a high heat.

Add the stir-fry mix and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Stir frequently. Season with pepper and salt.

Divide the soup over deep plates and serve the croutons.
