Meal soup with beef, farro and rosemary.

Chop the onion and cut the tomatoes into quarters.

Sprinkle the soup meat with the curry powder and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the meat for 4 min. On medium heat.

Add the onion and tomato to the meat and cook over a high heat for 3 minutes.

Add the bouillon tablets, sprigs of rosemary and the water. Leave on low heat with the lid on the pan to simmer for 1 hour until the meat is soft and tender.

Wash the leeks and cut into half rings. Peel the winter carrot and cut into cubes of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise).

Add the leek, carrot and farro to the soup. Let boil for 20 minutes until the farro is al dente.

Remove the sprigs of rosemary and serve in bowls or deep plates. Yummy! .
