Meal soup with chickpeas
Meal soup of chickpeas, egg, boemboe java curry paste, tomato cubes, bok choy and bean sprouts.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a soup pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the Bumbu spice and the chickpeas and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.

Add the water and the tomato cubes, stir and bring to the boil.

In the meantime cut the bok choy into strips.

Add the paksoi and bean sprouts to the soup and bring to the boil again. Cook for 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper.

Serve in deep plates.
