Japanese steak with wok vegetables
Rice served with Japanese wok vegetables and marinated steak.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Squeeze the garlic in a bowl, stir in the sesame oil, soy sauce and sugar. Place the steaks in a shallow dish, spread the marinade over them and leave for 10 minutes.

Take the meat out of the marinade. Grill 2 min. Per side from the outside brown and inside rosé. Heat the oil in a wok. Stir-fry the wok vegetables for 5 min. Scoop the teriyake sauce through. Divide the steak, rice and wok vegetables over the plates.
