Directions

  1. Mix all minced meat with the meatballs, possibly breadcrumbs, oregano, egg, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Turn balls of the size of a tomato, put them in the baking dish and leave covered in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  3. Bake the meatballs in the center of the oven in about 20 minutes brown.
  4. Heat the tomato sauce and pour the sauce over the balls. Preheat the oven grill.
  5. Cover the balls with slices of mozzarella and garnish in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese has melted well. Tasty with a green salad and fries.
