Meatball with shrimp
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, white bread, semi-skimmed milk, minced meat (half-to-half), egg (beaten), chives ((25 g), finely chopped), Dutch shrimps (100 g) and butter.

Soak the bread in the milk for 2 minutes. Squeeze out, put in a bowl and add the mince. Mix the egg, 3/4 of the chives, the shrimps and pepper and salt to taste. Knead well.

Divide the mince into 4 portions and form balls with moist hands. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat in 4 min. Brown. Let them cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Times regularly. Sprinkle before serving with the rest of the chives. Tasty with bean salad and curry potatoes.
