Directions

  1. Mix the mince with half of the garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, cayenne, parsley and cheese. Form medium sized meatballs from the mixture and fry them around brown in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Pour in the strained tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes with the lid on the pan.
  3. Meanwhile, bake the rösti in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add salt, pepper and the Italian herbs.
  4. Stir-fry the rest of the garlic with the spinach in the rest of the olive oil until the spinach has shrunk. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve the meatballs with the tomato sauce, the rösti and the spinach.
