Slice the garlic. Mix the minced beef with 2 cloves of garlic (per 4 persons), coriander, cumin, the egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn small meatballs. Roll them through the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil and fry the rest of the garlic briefly.

Add the tomato cubes and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Puree with the hand blender.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the meatballs brown. Add the sauce and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

Prepare the couscous according to directions on the package. Allow to cool.

Cut the cucumber into cubes, the spring onions in thin rings and the parsley fine.

Mix the oil, cucumber, spring onion and parsley through the couscous. Keep the minced meat and the couscous covered in the refrigerator.

Remove the couscous from the refrigerator 1 hour before use. Heat the meatballs if necessary. Serve the couscous with the meatballs.
