Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Mix the mince with the spice mix and fry in a frying pan with non-stick coating in approx. 5 minutes.

Mix the sauce mix with the water and add the sour cream. Chop the nuts coarsely. Peel the pear and cut into cubes.
