Directions

  1. Heat the oil and fry the garlic and onion.
  2. Add the carrot and paprika and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Spoon the zucchini, cumin, paprika powder, cayenne pepper and tomato cubes with juice and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the chickpeas and heat without cooking. Sprinkle with the parsley.
  5. Tasty with baguette or coarse brown bread.
