Mediterranean tuna salad
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (pound of lobe, a 500 g), olive oil, mushrooms ((a 250 g), in thin slices), tuna in oil (a 185 g), tapenade of green olives (jar 140 g), black olives (without pip (a 240 g), drained), capers (a 100 g) and arugula (75 g).

Halve the potatoes and cook them in plenty of water with salt in 15 minutes until done. Allow to cool. Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes on a high heat.

Drain the tuna and collect the oil. Mix the tuna oil with the tapenade. Mix the tuna with the baby potatoes, mushrooms, olives and capers.

Carefully sprinkle the tapenade dressing through the salad. At the end, mix the arugula.
