Steak with spicy herb butter
A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, steaks (a 125 g), butter (at room temperature), anchovy fillets ((can of 48 g), very finely chopped), garlic (chopped), shallot (finely chopped), flat parsley (leaf chopped) , capers ((100 g), chopped), Dijon mustard (jar 215 g), dried thyme, hot curry powder and olive oil.

Ingredients
- 4 x 2 steaks a 125 g
- 125 g butter at room temperature
- 3 anchovy fillets (can of 48 g), very finely chopped
- 1 toe garlic finely chopped
- 1 shallot finely shredded
- 2 el flat leaf parsley leaf cut
- 1 tl capers (jar 100 g), finely chopped
- 2 tl mustard jar of 215 g
- Tl dried thyme
- Tl hot curry powder
- 2 el olive oil

Let the steaks come to room temperature in about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the butter with the anchovies, garlic, shallot, parsley, capers, mustard, thyme and curry powder. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon onto a piece of cling film, roll up into a sausage and tighten the ends of the foil. Put in the refrigerator until use, but at least 30 min.

Brush the steaks with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan and grill for 4-5 minutes. Turn halfway.

Remove the foil from the herb butter and cut the butter into slices. Serve on the steak. Tasty with the potato with onion.
