Melon mint cocktail
Rinse the glasses and put them in the freezer. Cut 4 thin slices from the melon and set aside for garnishing.
Peel the rest of the melon and remove the seeds. Puree the pulp with the sugar or honey, 7 dl of ice cold water or mineral water and the lime juice.
Pour the mixture into the cold glasses. Garnish with sprigs of fresh fresh mint and place the melon parts on the glass.
