Grate the yellow skin of the lemon.

Remove the leaves from the basil and cut the half finely.

Mix a ½ tbsp lemon zest (per 4 people), the balsamic vinegar and the chopped basil in a bowl.

Add the blackberries, raspberries and pomegranate seeds and gently brush. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Divide the strawberry rings over the plates.

Spoon the fruit over it. Garnish with the whipped cream and the rest of the basil leaves.
