Mexican bouncer


A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Mexican stir-fry vegetables (freezer 450 g), Mexican herbs (bag of 25 g), eggs (M), flour tortillas (4 pieces with sauce), cheese spread with sambal (100 g) and ham.

Directions

  1. Bake vegetables with 1/2 tablespoon of Mexican herbs for about 4 minutes.
  2. Break eggs above, poke egg yolks and fully cover for approx.
  3. 5 minutes until eggs are solidified.
  4. In the meantime, stir-fry flour tortillas in a dry frying pan, one by one, for about 30 seconds on both sides.
  5. Place a tortilla on two plates and spread them with cheese spread.
  6. Divide the ham and sauce (from tortilla suit).
  7. Put the other tortillas on it.
  8. Halve bouncing, to create tortillas and double folds..
