Mexican crab with rice
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, butter, onions (in half thin rings), coalfish fillet ((400 g), defrosted and in pieces), spice mix (cajun (90 g)), Mexican (wok vegetables (750 g, frozen )), pieces of crab (170 g) and white rice (bag of 1 kg).

Heat the butter in a deep frying pan or frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes.

Add the pollock and sprinkle the herb mix.

Stir well and let the mixture cook for 3 minutes.

Add the wok vegetable, cook for 6 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Add the crab pieces and warm for another 1 minute.

In the meantime, prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.

Serve the rice with the crab vegetable mixture..
