A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: butter, sugo piccante (475 g), eggs, wrapt tortillas and fresh coriander (a 15 g).

Directions

  1. In a large frying pan, let 1 tablespoon melt butter and break 4 eggs above (yolk must remain whole).
  2. Eggs on medium heat for about 7 minutes, until yolk is almost completely solidified.
  3. Remove the fried egg from the pan and keep it warm.
  4. So baking a large fried egg.
  5. Meanwhile heat tomato sauce in saucepan or microwave.
  6. Warm the tortillas according to the instructions for use in a microwave or a dry frying pan.
  7. Remove the stalks of coriander, cut the leaves and mix with tomato sauce.
  8. Distribute tortillas over four large plates.
  9. Spread a half of tortilla thickly with warm tomato sauce.
  10. Flatten eggs and halve on tomato sauce.
  11. To serve tortillas double folded..
