Mexican wraps with salsa and spiced beef


Mexican food: corn, tomatoes, beans and paprika, and of course beef strips, herbs and avocado dressing.

Directions

  1. Drain the corn and finely chop the coriander. Wash the tomatoes and cut into parts.
  2. In a bowl, mix the tomatoes with the corn, the oil and half of the coriander. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the beef strips with the paprika powder and cumin for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Meanwhile, put the kidney beans in a colander, rinse and drain.
  5. Serve the wraps with the corn tomato salsa, beef strips, kidney beans, raw vegetable mix, dressing and the rest of the coriander in separate trays.
  6. Now everyone can fill their own wraps.
