Mexican wraps with salsa and spiced beef
Mexican food: corn, tomatoes, beans and paprika, and of course beef strips, herbs and avocado dressing.

Drain the corn and finely chop the coriander. Wash the tomatoes and cut into parts.

In a bowl, mix the tomatoes with the corn, the oil and half of the coriander. Season with pepper and salt.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the beef strips with the paprika powder and cumin for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, put the kidney beans in a colander, rinse and drain.

Serve the wraps with the corn tomato salsa, beef strips, kidney beans, raw vegetable mix, dressing and the rest of the coriander in separate trays.
