Directions

  1. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Peel the ginger and cut well.
  2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and the tomatoes into small pieces.
  3. Cut the surimi sticks into strips.
  4. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.
  5. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion and garlic 2 min. Add the ginger and broccoli and stir-fry 3 min.
