Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Break the eggs into a bowl. Stir the eggs with a fork. Heat the oil in a wok and let the egg slide into it. Stir the egg while you bake it.
  2. Remove the pieces of egg from the pan and keep them in a bowl. Then peel and grate the ginger until you have about 2 teaspoons.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Peel the skin of the garlic and squeeze the garlic in a garlic press. Cut the salad onions into small pieces.
  4. Cut the bacon into pieces. Put the pieces of bacon in the wok where you made the scrambled eggs and bake them for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the ginger grater, the garlic, the salad onion and the bell pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the cooked rice and stir fry. Add the scrambled eggs and the peas. Stir fry for a while.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry for another 1 min.
