Mild stir-fry dish
A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, small cauliflower.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the packaging.
Divide the cauliflower into small florets. Boil the cauliflower for 3 minutes in a small piece of water.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan. Stir fry the pork strips 3 min. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Stir in the cauliflower and tomato for 3 minutes.
Stir in the kormasaus and pineapple pieces and warm for 5 minutes. Serve with the rice and the mango chutney.
