Directions

  1. Mix the spring onion, garlic, red pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce and white wine vinegar in a food processor. Mix this with the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Heat a frying pan and fry the minced meat mixture for about 4 minutes.
  2. Fold the filo sheets open and cut into quarters. Spoon some chopped meat in a corner of each sheet. From the point where the mixture lies, roll the dough half in diagonal direction. Then fold in the points on the side and roll up.
  3. Heat a layer of oil in a pan to 175ºC and fry the rolls in 1-2 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper and serve in small glasses with soy sauce for dipping.
