Minced meat burrito with lettuce
Mexican burrito with ground beef, kidney beans, iceberg lettuce and cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat in 3 minutes. Scoop the drained beans and corn through.
Add the bag of sauce mix from the pack and water, stir well. Bring to the boil and cook gently for 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the dip mix from the pack with the crème fraîche and water, stir smooth.
Heat the tortillas from the package according to the instructions on the package. Brush each tortilla thinly with the dipping sauce.
Prepare the minced meat mixture and fold it closed.
Place the tortillas in the oven dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake the tortillas in the oven for about 8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Meanwhile, cut the iceberg lettuce into strips. Mix the lettuce with the dressing and pepper. Serve the burritos with the salad and the rest of the dipping sauce.
