Stuffed turkey fillets


Turkey fillets filled with sausage meat, apple, celery and dried fruit and wrapped in pancetta. Nice quick recipe

Directions

  1. Unburden the sausages and put the meat in a bowl.
  2. Peel the apple and cut off the flesh on 4 sides along the core. Cut into small cubes as possible.
  3. Cut the celery into small cubes like the apple.
  4. Cut the sage finely. Mix the sausage meat with the apple, celery, sage and the dried fruit.
  5. Place the turkey twigs between two sheets of cling film, flatten them with the rolling pin and roll them out into thin pieces. Remove the foil.
  6. Divide the sausage filling over the schnitzels and roll them up. Wrap the pancetta tightly around it, leaving the sides open. Cut the rolls in half.
  7. Heat the butter in a frying pan or frying pan and fry the rolls over medium heat around brown.
  8. Turn down the heat and let the meat cook for 20 minutes. Mince the pecans.
  9. Slice the rolls diagonally and sprinkle with the pecans.
