Minced meat cookies with pasta salad
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, pomodori (al forno olive (190 g)), half-to-half-minced, breadcrumbs, garlic (pressed), penne rigate (pasta, bag a 500 g), crushed green beans (250 g) , balsamic vinegar, tomato ketchup and zucchini (in strips).

Let the pomodori already leak forno, absorb the moisture. Mix the mince with breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp pomodorivocht, the garlic and salt and pepper to taste, and form 12 flat biscuits. Boil the penne together with the green beans according to the instructions on the package of the penne.

Heat the grill pan or oven grill and grill the minced meat on both sides for about 3 minutes or until tender. Beat a sauce of the balsamic vinegar, the tomato ketchup and the rest of the pomodory. Cut the 'al forno' tomatoes into strips. Pour the pasta and beans into a colander and rinse under cold running water. Mix the pasta and the beans with zucchini, tomato strips, olives and the sauce.
