Directions

  1. Mix the potato with the celeriac, onion, sage, flour and butter.
  2. Season with salt and pepper and form slices of it.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the roasted sirloin in 5-6 minutes per side golden brown and done.
  4. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of oil in another pan and stir-fry the vegetables.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Heat the rest of the oil and fry the meatballs cutlets 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Serve with the rösti and vegetables.
